Job Title:
HR Supervisor
JNSL is looking to recruit an Internal HR supervisor, The successful candidate must have 3 - 5 years Recruitment experience. You will have proven success in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, from shortlisting cv's through to face to face interviewing through to offer management.
Main Responsibilities
Handles employee relations inquiries and provides employee relations support to employees and managers ensuring timely resolution. Prepares reports and recommends remedial actions. Collaborates with different groups within the company when needed Maintains and updates related records in the case management system Ensures Privacy and confidentiality Ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws
Requirements
University degree in HR, Social sciences or related discipline Excellent Documentation skills Excellent verbal and written communication including listening skills Priority setting and time management skills Computer and Information systems skills Excellent report writing skills Ability to handle complexities and resolve conflicts Sound judgment in handling sensitive employee matters Excellent English written, and spoken. Work well independently and with a team and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
Job Title:
Business Development Manager
JNSL is looking to recruit a Business Development manager with 5-7 years experience to establish, direct and supervise the strategic corporate business development system in the organization, initiate and follow-up new business opportunities
Main Responsibilities
Prepare and execute business development action plans for specific target markets and projects as identified in the Marketing Plan. Assist management in developing project plans, defining roles and responsibilities and the scope of work for each project Perform and manage research to identify and prioritize potential customers and projects Meet customer's needs prior to contract execution. Provide advice, liaison, and planning to prospective and current customers. Manage commercial and marketing tools and advertising Assist the tendering team in bid process. Train and assist project staff on marketing and commercial approach.
Skills
Bachelor's Degree in business administration or marketing.
5-7 years direct work experience in business development preferably is shipping industry
Less than 40 years old
Must be fluent in English and Arabic.
Experience in tendering, costing, or negotiation

Liaison with Charter parties, traders, etc.

Min 5 year experience in Chartering in dry bulk market(s) Good knowledge in various charter parties and booking notes Able to make laytime calculations good knowledge of various regional markets and commodities Communication and negotiation skills Fluent in English
Description
Negotiates chartering terms consistent with market conditions.
ensure that adequate and appropriate vessels are chartered to meet the Company’s operating requirements.
Liaises with traders regarding future chartering requirements
Coordinates with Operations department to ensure the accuracy of instructions to chartered vessels as per C/P.
Participates in feasibility assessments and voyage estimations
Prepares regular reports on market trends, fixtures and other economical highlights.
